¹ For New Builds Class to provide IOM with Statement of Compliance with the Code. IOM to issue Interim Certificate valid 5 months.

² IOM to conduct either the second or third Annual Survey.

³ Certificates to be endorsed “This yacht is in compliance with the ‘equivalent’ arrangements of the ‘Code of Practice for the Safety of Large Commercial Sailing and Motor Vessels’ (LY1) extended to the Isle of Man by IMO Circular Letter No. 2578 dated 8 August 2004” or for the ‘Large Commercial Yacht Code’ (LY2) extended to the Isle of Man by IMO Circular Letter No.2937 dated 13 January 2009.

⁴Class Certificates are normally harmonised to Safety Construction Renewal Date.
