Originally from Ireland, Kelly has lived on the Isle of Man for over a decade and proudly considers it home.

In her role as Technical Officer for the Isle of Man Ship Registry, she supports the technical operations of the registry, ensuring that vessels meet all required safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.

With a background in law and experience in both compliance and insurance, Kelly brings a broad and versatile skill set to the position.
