Neil returned to the Department for Enterprise in 2021, bringing with him a solid background in finance and accounting from both the private and public sectors. Originally from the Philippines, he holds a degree in Business Administration and has been part of the Isle of Man Government since 2004.

Over the years, Neil has taken on a variety of finance-focused roles, building up a strong foundation in financial systems and operations. Now working with the Isle of Man Ship Registry, he’s using that experience to help strengthen the Registry’s financial performance and support its long-term goals. He particularly enjoys the variety in his role and the opportunity to contribute to a sector that has a real impact both locally and internationally.

When he’s not at work, Neil loves getting outdoors and making the most of island life. Whether he’s out cycling, hiking through the forests, or exploring the coastline, he’s always up for an adventure and enjoys staying active in the fresh air.
