In collaboration with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB), we have started an investigation into the fatal injury of a crew member from the Isle of Man registered vessel ‘Seatruck Progress’ while alongside in the port of Liverpool on 15 May 2019.
