The Isle of Man’s Merchant Shipping (Manning and STCW) Regulations have been updated and enter into force today.
These Regulations give effect to the STCW Convention including the latest IMO STCW Resolutions for seafarers working on passenger ships, ships subject to the IGF Code and ships operating in polar waters.
The following MSNs have also been updated to reflect the latest changes.
